Spelling

Many schools have identified spelling as an area of focus within the school. The focus is often as a result of student achievement in spelling on standardised testing and NAPLAN.

​In 2012 the CSO hosted a one day workshop facilitated by Australian educator and researcher David Hornsby
We created a Powerpoint that highlights the main points from the workshop.
This may be used by school leaders to facilitate further staff professional learning or to work with staff members new to the school.
